Help available if needed on Monday and Thursdays 10am until midday.

If you are unable to come to the surgery please telephone or write, enclosing a large S.A.E and you will be sent information through the post.

INFORMATION PRESCRIPTIONS

If you cannot attend one of the above sessions you can ask your GP to complete an Information Prescriptions stating the subject area that you require information on. Send this to the Resource Room with a large S.A.E and you will be sent information through the post.

BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING

In our Resource Centre we have a blood pressure machine for do-it-yourself monitoring. Drop in at any time during surgery hours. Full instructions are with the machine.
