HOW DO I....
OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION ?
You may be able to obtain a repeat prescription without seeing your doctor.
When your doctor has agreed, you can order your repeat prescription (using the right hand side of your prescription form) either by:
* post
* hand or
* Email (by filling in the form below) but please allow two working days before coming to pick it up.
Unfortunately we cannot take your repeat order over the telephone, or by fax. From time to time your doctor will ask you to make an appointment to monitor your medication.
Please do not use this service to request a new medication, for advice or to request medical certificates. For these, you need to make either a face-to-face appointment or a telephone appointment with a GP.
